What actions are needed to produce a healthy federal budget? Specifically, what changes do you advocate regarding how revenue is produced or what our spending priorities are? In particular, what effect does current policy have on your district and what changes, if any, are needed?A. We don't have a revenue problem in Washington D.C., we have a spending problem! The America Citizen taxpayer and business are over taxed and over regulated. We have a Congress that creates wasteful and unnecessary regulation which serves only the government bureaucracy. My Priorities are to reign in the federal government to be in compliance with only the functions and authorities specifically enumerated in the U.S. Constitution. Eliminate departments and agencies which have proven, time and again, to be ineffective in their mission, and a complete waste of the American taxpayer's hard earned wages. Balance the budget. Fix the tax code, make it flat and simple, and slash the size of the IRS. Stop giving our treasury to foreign countries, crony capitalists, and end "Corporate" welfare. The current policies, starting with the un-Affordable Care Act, are killing jobs in ILLINOIS and driving costs to individual American citizen taxpayers, the unconstitutional un-Affordable Care Act needs to be eliminated in its entirely. Constitutional and market based reforms need to be enacted. What immigration policies do you support? Where, if at all, do you see room for compromise to produce an effective policy on immigration? How will these policies have an impact in your district? On Immigration, we need to stop the influx of both Legal (H1B's) and Illegal immigrants. We need to enforce the existing immigrations laws. There should not be another Amnesty Program, we already have a legal robust process to provide for immigration of foreigner nationals. The unconstitutional executive Orders of the Obama Administration and illegal actions of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to ignore enforcing federal laws governing border control, customs, trade and immigration have put American's at grave risk to the threat of terrorist attack, the recent tragedy in San Bernardino is a tragic example. The current policies enacted by the Obama Administration and DOJ, have had a devastating impact to American Citizens of the State of ILLINOIS. Those policies are driving down wages, and increasing the black market labor poll and increasing the power of corrupt cartels and illegal brokers engaged of human trafficking. What should be the top priorities in Congress related to the Affordable Care Act? If you want changes, what specifically do you recommend? If you want the act entirely eliminated, please address these questions: Is that politically feasible? If it proves infeasible, where do you see the potential for compromise? If it is eliminated, what would you replace it with, if anything? The unconstitutional un-Affordable Care Act needs to be eliminated entirely. Constitutional and market based reforms need to be enacted. The formerly free Private insurance market has been devastated by the ACA. Prices have soared affecting millions of American Families, like mine, now in excess of 100% since the passage and limited enactment of the ACA, while the employer mandate has been illegally deferred by the Obama Administration and gone unchallenged by congress in every breech of the law. Senator Kirk voting "NO", again with Senator Durbin (D-IL), in spite of promises dating back to 2010 to repeal the ACA. Senator Kirk does not get that it is NOT OK for the Federal Government to demand of its citizen's that they must purchase a "product" in a government manipulated and controlled market-place. A "product" which you cannot see, hear, touch, smell, nor taste, which cannot guarantee any services, which comes with exorbitant ever increasing manipulated prices and deductibles, which no working American can afford. If one fails to comply, the formerly free American citizen, is now a criminal, subject to fines and imprisonment for failure to pay said fines, with the full force of the IRS bearing down. There are numerous common sense ways to solve the problem of health care costs and accessibility: tort reform, portability across states lines and portability from employer plans, individual access to group plans, health savings accounts, and opening prescription drug markets to competition. It's a complex problem, mostly created and worsened by government intervention. What military or diplomatic roles should the United States play to promote peace and stability in the Mideast? Under what circumstances, should we have military forces actively operating? The United States should first and foremost on the world stage, be engaged in diplomatic efforts and military actions to protect the safety and security of the American Citizen. Americans have grown weary of Wars without clear and direct purpose and impossible rules of engagement that put the lives of our American Soldiers at risk every day and with devastating consequences in the War on Terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Middle East. There should be no more "authorization of use of force". If I am elected to the United States Senate. I will only vote in favor of military engagements that are a direct and unequivocal declarations of war naming the specific enemy, state or organization, with unconditional surrender as the only acceptable outcome of any action that puts American Lives on the line. I support a strong military and our veterans, the Defense and Security of our nation is the Primary responsibility of our federal government. Please list any elected office you have ever run for and what the result of that election was. For Trustee 3 Seats, 6 Candidates on the Ballot, I was the seventh Candidate as a write-in and received more votes than one candidate on the ballot. Top Trustee Candidate vote was 1,837 and Votes cast for WRITE-IN was 787. Appointed Kendall County Republican Precinct Committeeman, Oswego #22What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?I am Pro-Life and will vote to defund Planned Parenthood. I support the right to bear arms as unequivocally stated in the 2nd Amendment. On energy and commerce, I support free markets, a limited federal government level. The keystone XL pipeline and the Coal industry are vital to the continuing success of American businesses and providing the Energy needs of American families. Washington should not take from the pockets of hard working families and give to so-called green energy programs which the Obama Administration supported, like Solyndra Corporation that collapsed leaving taxpayers liable for $535 million in federal guarantees. Please name one current leader who most inspires you.Candidate did not respond. What is the biggest lesson you learned at home growing up?Treat others with respect, kindness, and Love and strive to live by our faith. If life gave you one do-over, what would you spend it on?Spend more time with family, friends, and Loved ones. What was your favorite subject in school and how did it help you in later life?Math.
