Darwin Realty completes 2 leases of Broadview property

Darwin Realty based in Elmhurst recently completed two renewal leases at a two-tenant property at 2101-2171 W. Cermak Road in Broadview.

In the first lease, Builders Surplus renewed a 39,626 square foot lease.

In a second renewal, National Seating & Mobility, Inc., a 30-year-old Franklin, Tennessee-based firm that specializes in custom mobility, rehabilitation and adaptive seating systems, signed a lease for 15,850 square feet.

Principal Dan Fanelli, SIOR, and Managing Broker George Cibula, SIOR, of Elmhurst-based Darwin Realty represented the landlord, a private investment group.

The property is a two-minute drive from the full 4-way interchange at 25th Avenue and Interstate 290 along with 22-foot clear ceiling heights, two drive-in doors, and four interior docks.
