Personnel moves at College of Lake County

Board members at College of Lake County in Grayslake have agreed on two high-level personnel moves. CLC board members have appointed Julia Guiney as ethics officer and interim board treasurer. She's employed as executive director of human resources and interim vice president for administrative affairs. In addition, the board appointed Eric Tammes, manager of coaching for academic success, as interim executive director of public relations and marketing. Tammes will serve until the board appoints a new executive director to replace Evelyn Schiele, who retires Dec. 31, after serving in that role since July 1991.
