Streamwood, Huntley earn tournament wins

Streamwood 56, Maine West 37: The Sabres notched a win at the Wheeling Hardwood Classic behind 19 points from Joey O'Halloran and 12 points and 11 rebounds from Brendon Marton. Philip Cruz added 8 points for Streamwood (2-12) and Jake McGlone grabbed 10 rebounds.

Huntley 66, Corliss 45: At the Hinkle Holiday Classic at Jacobs, Matthew Seng scored 12 points, Danny Spoeth had 10, Lere Oladipo 9 and Kyle Nwogu 8 to lead the Red Raiders (5-6) to the win.

Johnsburg 48, Cary-Grove 47: Alst at Jacobs, Zach Beagureau had 15 points, Jimmy Clarke 9 and Daniel Schmidt 8 for Cary-Grove (2-10).

CL South 50, Prairie Ridge 49: Zach Geske netted 12 points, Tim Siesennop 9 and Joshua Friesen 8 for Crystal Lake South (8-4) in this win at Jacobs.

Lakes 45, South Elgin 44: In a nail-biter at Jacobs, Cameron Nylec led South Elgin (6-8) with 9 points.

Carver 64, Westminster Christian 42: At Marengo, Ben Versluys scored 9 points to lead Westminster (7-5).

Round Lake 53, Harvest Christian 51: Brett Cramer led Harvest (3-12) with 22 points at the Marengo tournament.
