Harvest Christian, Aurora Christian each win
Paulina Castro scored 26 points and Alyssa Iverson 22, with each hitting four 3-pointers, to lead the Harvest Christian girls basketball team to a 52-42 nonconference win over Carmel Catholic Monday.
The win puts the Lions at 8-4 for the season.
Aurora Christian 59, Mooseheart 33: Kirsten Madsen scored 19 points and hit the 100th 3-pointer of her career in the Eagles' Northeastern Athletic Conference win. Sami Hultine added 14 points and Paris Chaney had 10 for Aurora Christian (7-3, 3-0).
