Celebrate the Season at one of the North Shore's Most Popular Stores Mark David Designs Hosts "Sip & Shop" Event
On Thursday, December 10, owner Mark Roberts, will be hosting a "Sip & Shop" event at the store from 4 to 8 pm. Throughout the evening customers will have an opportunity to enjoy refreshments and holiday cheer as they browse Mark David Designs' exquisite space. From furniture, accessories and personal beauty products to tableware, picture frames and gorgeous home furnishings, you're sure to find something for yourself and everyone on your gift list!
During the "Sip & Shop" festivities, all customers will receive 20% off their holiday décor purchases. 15% of "Sip & Shop" sales will be donated to Gorton Community Center in Lake Forest.
"For me, the holidays are all about giving back," says Roberts, who opened his store three years ago in downtown Lake Forest. "The work of the Gorton Community Center is so important," he adds. "It's my pleasure to donate a portion of our "Sip & Shop" sales to help them continue their efforts to bring even more services, programs and events to our community."
Beginning on Friday, December 18th, Mark David Designs will launch its annual holiday sale, offering 30% off all accessories and home décor, 40% off all furniture, and 40% off all Christmas products. In addition to featuring one of the most magnificent assortment of holiday merchandise and decorations, Roberts also offers spectacular custom holiday floral pieces and one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted Kay Burkart Santas. Known as a "Santa Artist," Burkart's pieces are collectables with each one signed and numbered.
"The incredible detail in each of one of her Santas is beyond belief," says Roberts. "We are one of the few retailers in the Chicago area to offer Kay Burkart's work," he adds. "Our customers absolutely love them!"
