Small businesses need your help

If asked if you support small business, I would guess that most would say yes. But do you really?

Do you use a credit card for purchases? Businesses pay fees on those charges - even more if you get miles or points.

Don't have meetings at businesses without purchasing something.

Don't go to your local shoe store and try on multiple shoes, then leave and order on the Internet just so you can save a few dollars.

Every month, I see established stores and restaurants close and I hear how much you loved that place. But then you admit it's been years since you were there.

I love the uniqueness of our community. But look what happened to Long Grove.

We need to spend money as we walk around the small shops. Being a small-business owner is tough. They need your help.
