'Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol' at North Central

See another side of the story of Charles Dickens' holiday classic when the Organic Theater Company of Chicago presents "Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol" from Thursday, Dec. 10, through Sunday, Dec. 13, at North Central College in Naperville.

Travel with Scrooge's former business partner, Jacob Marley, as he seeks redemption of his own in this award-winning play by Chicago's Tom Mula.

The Organic Theater Company's managing director, Josh Anderson, brings this charming and irreverent story to life with the talents of returning company members Richie Gross, Colin Jackson, and Amy Powell. Anthony Perrella Jr. is debuting as the infamous, unforgettable Scrooge.

Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Dec. 10-12 with matinees at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 12 and 13, at North Central College's Meiley-Swallow Hall, 31 S. Ellsworth. Best suited for children 10 and older.

Admission is $30 for adults, $20 for students and seniors. A $2 processing fee applies for online purchases.
