Pacific beats Notre Dame de Namur 79-44

STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) - Jacob Lampkin had 12 points and nine rebounds, and Tonko Vuko added 11 points and six rebounds as Pacific defeated Division II Notre Dame de Namur 79-44 on Monday night.

Ray Bowles added 11 points for Pacific (1-3), which shot 52.5 percent from the floor. Lampkin scored the Tigers' first eight points. The Tigers had a 39-19 rebounding edge and only committed nine turnovers. The Tigers' bench outscored the Argonauts 31-11.

Jalen Young led the Argonauts with 18 points. He made six of the team's 16 field goals on the night. The Argonauts were 5 for 11 from the free-throw line and had 19 turnovers.

Notre Dame de Namur lead 20-17 before the Tigers went on a 16-2 run in the last 4:34 of the first half for an 11-point lead at intermission.
