Cranberry-Orange Spiced Green Beans

¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice

3 tablespoons butter or margerine

1 large shallot or 1 small onion, chopped

¼ cup orange juice

¼ cup dried cranberries

1 pound of frozen green beans, heated crisp-tender

Melt butter/margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook shallot, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in orange juice and cranberries and simmer 1 minute. Stir in green beans. Garnish, if desired, with orange slices.
