Hoffman Estates welcomes the holidays with tree-lighting
Hoffman Estates hosted its annual Friendship Tree-Lighting Ceremony Saturday evening at village hall.
In addition to a visit from Santa, attendees enjoyed entertainment from local singing group The Noteables and a dance troupe from HOTT Productions.
Donations of nonperishable items for local food pantries were encouraged at the holiday event.
