Rep. Moeller to host lunch stop Nov. 23

As a way to continue to remain accessible to constituents and keep them informed about legislative matters, state Rep. Anna Moeller, D-Elgin, will host her monthly lunch stop from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, at the Blue Box Café, 176 E. Chicago St. in downtown Elgin.

Moeller meets regularly with constituents to discuss their concerns and thoughts about state issues over a cup of coffee or lunch at area coffee shops and restaurants. She also visits area businesses, holds town hall meetings, and walks door-to-door throughout the community to stay accessible.

"I'm looking forward to hearing from as many residents as possible on Nov. 23 about how we can improve state government and find a solution to the ongoing budget impasse," Moeller said.

This event is open to the public. For more information on Moeller's coffee shop or lunch stops, contact Moeller's constituent service office at (847) 841-7130 or email StateRepMoeller@gmail.com.
