Grain mostly lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly lower Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was 3.50 cents lower at $4.84 a bushel; December corn was 1.25 cents lower at $3.6060 a bushel; December oats was 3.50 cent higher at $2.4162 a bushel; while January soybeans were 9.50 cents lower at 8.5420 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork higher the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle was 1.30 cents higher at $1.2933 a pound; January feeder cattle was 1.53 cents higher at $1.6283 a pound; December lean hogs gained .55 cent to $.5474 a pound.
