District 103 kindergarten

Lincolnshire-Prairie View Elementary District 103 will host kindergarten registration Friday, Dec. 4, 9:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Laura B. Sprague School, 2425 Riverwoods Road in Lincolnshire, for children who will be 5 years old before Sept. 1. Parents or guardians must bring the following to registration: The child's original birth certificate or passport (a photocopy of the birth certificate and/or a hospital certification of birth cannot be accepted), and proof of District 103 residency. Residency requirements are posted at www.d103.org/registrationandenrollment. Medical and dental examinations form will be available at registration, and must be completed and returned to Sprague School one week before the first day of the 2016-17 school year.
