Route 83 roadwork to cause delays Nov. 17-18
Ongoing sewer work will make for significant delays on southbound Route 83 between Central and Kensington roads on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 17-18, the Mount Prospect Public Works Department says. Currently the road is reduced to one lane in each direction but concrete trucks will intermittently block the southbound lane between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for five minutes at a time those days.
