Lustig Jewelers sales to benefit New Horizon

VERNON HILLS - Lustig Jewelers in Vernon Hills will hold a special holiday celebration from 4-8 p.m. Dec. 3 at the store, 281 W. Townline Road, Vernon Hills. Owners Sue and Dan Lustig will donate 20 percent of sales during that time to New Horizon in the Park, a 1.2 acre development in Chicago that, when completed, will provide a safe and therapeutic outdoor green space with wheelchair accessible paths and walkways for New Horizon Center for Children and Adults with Developmental Disabilities and Autism, a not-for-profit agency that provides education and training for children and adults with severe developmental disabilities and autism.
