Packers downgrade CB Shields to doubtful vs Panthers

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Starting cornerback Sam Shields and rookie Quinten Rollins are doubtful for Green Bay's road game against the unbeaten Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

The Packers downgraded them from questionable on Saturday. Shields injured his shoulder and Rollins hurt his neck during the loss at Denver and didn't practice this week.

They each have a team-leading two interceptions.

Rookie receiver/kick returner Ty Montgomery (ankle), who missed the game against the Broncos, was downgraded to doubtful after limited practice this week.

Added to the injury report were starting offensive linemen Bryan Bulaga (knee) and T.J. Lang (illness) and linebacker Mike Neal (hip). Bulaga and Lang are probable for Sunday, and Neal is questionable.
