Hoffman Estates hosts Veterans Day ceremony Nov. 11
The public is invited to the Hoffman Estates Veterans Memorial Commission's annual Veterans Day Ceremony, beginning at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11.
The event takes place at the Veterans Memorial located just outside the Hoffman Estates Police Department, 411 W. Higgins Road.
Mayor William McLeod will give the keynote address, and Veterans Memorial Commission Chairman Les Montag will speak, followed by a moment of silence. The Rev. Alan Eaton, who serves as police department chaplain, will give a closing invocation.
