GOP's insane fix for global warming

The headlines on global warming are: Extreme drought in California kills orchards. Record-breaking 20 inches of rain in South Carolina takes seven lives. Strongest ever Typhoon Patricia's 200 mph winds hits Mexico vacation coast. Highest ever temperatures recorded in Russia. Philippines twice hit by massive typhoons, many lives lost.

Scientists learn that increased CO2 in atmosphere causes these massive releases of energy.

All industrial nations in the world have plans to lower CO2 emissions.

The EPA and President Obama lead with a program, Clean Power Plan, to lower U.S. CO2 emissions and reduce energy in the atmosphere.

Republicans of 22 states sue the EPA to block Clean Power Plan which can lessen the number of destructive extreme weather events.

Republicans spend billions of dollars to repair damage done by extreme weather events, but not one penny to alleviate the cause.

Republicans may think their actions are American exceptionalism, however it appears to the world as Republican lunacy.
