Schaumburg Library Offers Keyboarding Class for Kids

Children age 8-11 are invited to learn proper keyboarding techniques in "Keyboarding for Success" from 4-4:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, Nov. 3-17 in the kidsZone Classroom of the Schaumburg Township District Library (STDL), 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg.

In this three-week class, instructors from Log on 2 Learning will use fun techniques to teach correct hand placement and other skills designed to build confidence and prepare students for PARCC tests and online assignments. Participants must be STDL cardholders. Registration and a fee of $15 is required. Register and pay at the kidsZone Desk on the library's first floor. Call (847) 923-3439 with questions.
