Senior Star at Weber Place Hosts Memory Expert and Author Judy Marcus

ROMEOVILLE, IL (October 9, 2015) - Senior Star at Weber Place is pleased to invite the public to learn memory survival skills by leading expert Judy Marcus from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 22 at 605 South Edward Drive, Romeoville.

Marcus, often referred to as the Memory Lady®, is a sought-after speaker and the author of "Where Are My Keys?®, Memory Training You'll Absolutely Love™. In her presentation, Marcus uses humor and practical application to motivate and train people to keep their brains as strong as possible throughout their lifetime. In addition to specific memory skills, participants will learn how to build strong and supportive memory environments and discover stress-reducing strategies that include brain-friendly exercises, food choices and relaxation techniques. Her hot topic, outrageous yet practical solutions and fun, interactive presentations make Marcus a delight for audiences of all ages.
