Great Lakes Credit Union to host first Twitter Party

BANNOCKBURN - Great Lakes Credit Union will hold its first Twitter Party, focusing on "Retirement Strategies for Millennials" from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday.

Jeff Beck, an industry expert from The Tranel Financial Group, will be the guest host. Twitter users can join the conversation using the hashtag #MillionaireMillennials to get real-time answers to specific retirement planning questions from Jeff Beck.

Users are encouraged to submit their questions in the designated section of the registration form no later than Friday. Those who complete the registration form will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card.

The hashtag, #MillionaireMillennials was chosen as it is comparable to the amount required for Millennials to retire comfortably, which will be addressed during the chat. This party is the first of many for GLCU who plans on hosting similar events in an effort to build deeper relationships with young adults.
