LSU gets a night kick for the home game against Florida

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - LSU and Florida will kick off at 6 p.m. on Oct. 17 in Baton Rouge.

The Tigers have won four of the last five meetings against the Gators, including last season's 30-27 thriller in The Swamp.

Florida leads the series 31-27-3, and the two teams have met every year since 1971.

They've met as ranked teams for nine of the last 11 games. Florida is currently No. 11 in the AP poll. LSU is No. 7.

The Gators (5-0) travel to Missouri this weekend, and the Tigers (4-0) travel to South Carolina.
