Mora helps Cuba tie Canada, 2-2

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (AP) - Arichel Hernandez Mora scored twice, including in the 87th minute, and Cuba tied Canada 2-2 on Tuesday night in Group A Pool Play of the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament.

Mo Babouli and Michael Petrasso scored for Canada, which was minutes away from moving on to the semifinals in Sandy, Utah, on Saturday. Canada (1-0-2) now has to wait for the results of the United States match against Panama later Tuesday to see if it will advance.

Babouli's goal in the 52nd minute gave Canada a 2-1 lead. Mora tied it when he put a shot over the head of goalkeeper Maxime Crepeau.

Petrasso scored in the 26th minute, but Mora tied it in the 33rd minute with his first goal of the tournament.

Cuba finished 0-1-2 in pool play.
