Bartlett fire district hosts annual open house Saturday

The Bartlett Fire Protection District will host its annual open house in conjunction with Fire Protection Week, on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Fire Station One, 234 North Oak St.

The theme of this year's open house is "Hear the beep where you sleep: Each bedroom needs a working smoke alarm." Residents will have the opportunity to meet local firefighters, experience a fire sprinkler demonstration and take photos with Sparky the Fire Dog.

The open house will also feature activities and demonstrations for children and adults.
