Join Emmett's brewers and chefs for a brewmaster dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, in West Dundee. Start with the seared sea scallops, followed by the fall bisque duo, apple cider sorbet, grilled pork loin chop and pumpkin ginger cheesecake. Pairings include the Kolsch, Dunkelweizen, cinnamon vodka and a candied apple slice, Oktoberfest and Bock. $60 per person including gratuity. Advanced registration and payment required.
