Palatine teen pleads guilty to burglarizing vehicle

A Palatine man pleaded guilty to breaking into a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Piper Lane in Mount Prospect last July, court records show.

Uriel Rodriguez, 19, was sentenced to three years in prison for three separate burglary charges. Court records show Cook County Judge Bridget Hughes ordered the sentences be served concurrently. Police arrested Rodriguez about 2:45 a.m. July 30, after officers found him rummaging around the interior of a parked car.

Rodriguez was ordered to pay between $444 and $694 in fines, according to court records.
