Retired Teachers Association names Teacher of the Year
The McHenry County Retired Teachers Association presented its annual Teacher of the Year Award at the recent September meeting.
The 2015 recipient is Jude LaFrancis, current vice president of MCRTA.
LaFrancis spent 21 years teaching at Grayslake High School. Since retiring she has been very active in McHenry County Retired Teachers Association, planning meeting programs, spearheading the school supplies donations efforts, and supporting retired teachers.
