Why does legislature still allow double dipping?
Congratulations to the fire chief on his retirement from his post in Mount Prospect. Please, please tell us lowly taxpayers that he is not going to collect pension benefits while serving full time in his new position.
If that is so, why do we allow all this double dipping by public employees? I do not blame him personally but I do our state representatives who created the unfair advantage and will not do anything to correct this blatant waste of our tax dollars. Will this ever end?
