Halloween Hoopla at Jewett Park Community Center in Deerfield

Halloween Hoopla returns to Jewett Park Community Center, on Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24 with new activities and entertainers, inflatables, rides and great give-aways. For those who have attended the Hoopla for years, note the new schedule of events that will replace the Haunted House.

Friday night from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. features a bonfire and movie in the park. Saturday night from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. enjoy inflatables in the park including human foosball and laser tag, a disc jockey and a bonfire.

On Saturday from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. bring out the family. Kids of all ages love this event which includes crazy fun inflatables and other rides, a haywagon trip around the park, carnival games with prizes, balloon twisters, face-painters, costumed characters, craft room, Dave Herzog's Marionettes, and Dot Kane from Stories with Dot for storytelling. There is a fee for wristbands to enjoy all the indoor/outdoor activities.

Halloween Hoopla takes place at Jewett Park Community Center, 836 Jewett Park Drive, in Deerfield. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. To volunteer, make a donation, be a sponsor or for more information, call 847-945-0650 or email info@deerfieldparks.org.
