Shroud of Turin exhibit in Libertyville through Sunday

Marytown's Shroud of of Turin exhibit is coming to a close this weekend. It'll run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, and Sunday, Sept. 20. The exhibit in Founder's Hall includes detailed images of the Shroud, specially produced by Eastman Kodak Co. It represents about 25 years of research, Maryville officials said in an announcement. There is no charge to view the exhibit. Marytown is at 1600 W. Park Ave. in Libertyville. The Shroud of Turin is the burial cloth that covered Jesus' body after the crucifixion and bears his image.
