Girl Scouts to host 'S'mores & Pours' Oct. 8

South Barrington, IL - The Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois will host a fundraising event, "S'mores & Pours," from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at The Lucky Monk, 105 Hollywood Blvd., South Barrington.

This adults-only event will include beer, appetizers, an unforgettable s'mores bar, and a pairing presentation by renowned brewmaster Anthony Carollo.

Tickets are $40 per person; $75 per couple, or $300 per table of eight.

Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the 15,000 girls by providing membership assistance and supporting Girl Scout programs that help girls develop skills for the future through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
