Palatine Township is providing funding opportunities for social service programs that serve township residents. The deadline to submit the application is 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25.

Two different funding request forms are available for downloaded from the Palatine Township website. The Instruction Information form, also on the township website, provides information on the different funding requests. For questions relating to the forms, contact Laura Tanis at (847) 358-6700 or email ltanis@PalatineTownship.com.

The completed applications can be emailed to Anna Chychula, township administrative assistant at achychula@PalatineTownship.com or mailed to: Attention Anna Chychula, Palatine Township, 721 S. Quentin Road, Palatine, Il. 60067.

Once applications are received, they will be reviewed by the Palatine Township Human Needs Committee. Time slots for agency presentations will be scheduled to determine if funding will be rewarded, and if so, at what level. Agency programs who apply for funding must serve Palatine Township residents, and be able to measure their impact, and provide documented results regarding the populations they serve.
