Lee leads Buffalo Grove win
Sophomore Haeri Lee was medalist for the Buffalo Grove girls golf team, which defeated Rolling Meadows at the Buffalo Grove Golf Club on Tuesday.
Lee, a sophomore, carded a 38 (one over par) for the Bison who won the Mid-Suburban League dual meet 169-223.
Emily Carnes (42), Jasmine Yi (42) and Katie Jarosz (47) had the next best scores for the Bison. who improved to 7-1 in the MSL.
Rolling Meadows was led by Megan Fallon (53), Kelsey Martin (54) and Caroline Smith (55) and Bridget Anderson (61).
Fremd d. Elk Grove: Jaehee Hur (38), Annie Gao (39), Haezi Jung (40) and Kristina Ferrari (45) had the top scores for Fremd (162) on the Fox Run Golf Course back nine in Elk Grove.
Mia Loxley (46) and Amy Carpenter (53) had the low scores for EG (219).
Prospect d. Schaumburg: Prospect freshman Fleming shot a personal-best 37 as the seven-time defending MSL champs (167) defeated visiting Schaumburg (189) at the Mt. Prospect Golf Course.
Sabrina Accardi (43), Mary Schafer (43) and Kate Ponzi (44) rounded out the Knights' score card while Christina Kim and Gianna Fanelli (46) had low rounds (46) for the Saxons.
Hersey d. Palatine: Megan Kopeny (40), Lexi Heidkamp (42), Maggie Anderson (45) and Sophia Cacioppo (49) paced Hersey in its 176-214 win at Palatine Hills.
Jennifer Mylinski (43) had the low round for the Pirates.
Monday's results: Fremd (166) defeated Palatine (220) and Hoffman Estates (247) on the par-36 front nine at Palatine Hills.
Low rounds for Fremd were by Haezi Jung (38), Jaehee Hur (41), Annie Gao (43) and
Kristina Ferrari (44). Jennifer Mylinski (45) led Palatine.
