Wedgewood to open banquet center at Midlane Golf Club

WADSWORTH - Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center, the largest wedding and banquet chain in the nation, said it will launch its first venue in the Midwest at the Midlane Golf Club in Wadsworth.

Wedgewood North Shore at Midlane Golf Club is capable of accommodating up to 400 guests. Ceremonies can take place either inside the venue or outside alongside the club's lake. Receptions at Wedgewood North Shore can be held in four different settings, including a grand ballroom with a full-service bar, a dance floor, vaulted ceilings and a fireplace-enhanced foyer, as well as three smaller ballrooms, each with a variety of unique views and amenities.

The chain plans to invest $1 million in renovations this fall.

Now accepting bookings for banquets and weddings, the venue also includes an on-site hotel, which features 80 rooms available to wedding parties and guests. Additional facilities include Wedgewood North Shore's after-party lounge for hosting post-reception celebrations.

Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center manages more than 30 venues throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado.
