Schaumburg looks to stop high-powered Buffalo Grove passing attack

Outlook: Schaumburg made huge strides forward last week by stunning Rolling Meadow as the Saxons matched their win total from last season. Schaumburg did it on defense, limiting the high-powered Meadows' offense to just 7 rushing yards and 173 yards of total offense. The Saxons will need that effort again to corral Buffalo Grove quarterback Try Cervantes, the area's top passer with 466 yards. Cervantes threw for 168 yards in a losing effort last week. The Bison are hoping to get their ground game back in gear after gaining just 12 rushing yards last week against Conant.
