Izzy Cordova fired a 3-over-par 39 on the back nine to lead Warren.
Lake Forest d. Mundelein: At Countryside, the victorious Scouts (189) got matching 40s from Emily Young and Lena Banjakul in edging the Mustangs.
Mundelein (191) was led by Megan Wiese's 44 and Jennifer Dimitriou's 45.
Vernon Hills d. Lake Zurich: At Vernon Hills Golf Course, the host Cougars (202) got their first win by edging the Bears (207), as Faith Jung earned medalist honors with a 43.
Lake Zurich's Elizabeth Viken shot a 48.
