Share your garden bounty
A produce swap will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, at the Round Lake Area Public Library, 906 Hart Road, Round Lake. A produce swap is a gathering of food lovers and gardeners to exchange homegrown vegetables, herbs, fruits, nut or flowers No cash is exchanged nor goods sold. Registration is not required. Swappers must bring something they grew themselves. A produce swap also is scheduled for the same time and place Sept. 27. Visit www.rlalibrary.org or call (847) 546-7060.
