Moss Inc. acquires European supplier Marx+Moschner

ELK GROVE VILLAGE - Moss Inc. said it has acquired Marx+Moschner, a European environmental branding supplier headquartered in Lennestadt, Germany.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Marx+Moschner provides a wide range of standard and custom branding solutions for interior and exterior use, including a versatile line of silicone edge graphic frames and custom printed large format fabric panels, custom trade show exhibit components for European stand builders, lightboxes, and bannerstands. The organization has been committed to implementing the latest production technologies and software making them a leader in efficiency, reliability, logistics management and customer service With quality recognized across Europe, the company said in a release.

"This acquisition quickly expands our brand and face-to-face marketing capabilities into a new market, and allows us to meet our clients' needs in Europe," said Moss CEO Dan Patterson. "There is growing demand from our retail and exhibition customers to provide Moss' high-quality products and services worldwide."

Marx+Moschner Managing Director Maik Raute will continue as managing director of Moss operations in Germany, leading European operations and driving future growth.

Moss headquarters and fabrication facilities are located in Elk Grove Village, IL, with additional domestic fabrication facilities in Chicago and Salt Lake City, Utah.
