Beat the Dog Days of Summer at the Hot Doggy Dash & Splash!

Calling all dog lovers! The Addison Park District is proud to present a Fun Run called the Hot Doggy Dash & Splash that allows participants to run or walk the 3k with or without their dog. The race will take place Saturday, August 22 at 10 a.m. at Centennial Park in Addison, IL. There is a fee of $30 per person but pets are free.

This is a great opportunity to bond with man's best friend! Prizes will be given out for most creatively dressed dog and owner. The end of the race will have hot dogs for the runners provided by Franky's Red Hots and a dog splash party for their pets to cool off. Bentley's Corner Barkery will be promoting their company and providing treat bags for the dogs who are involved. Bellyrub Klub will be promoting with adoptable dogs available. Both are eager to reach out to this community.

The Addison Park district is committed to providing the highest quality recreational opportunities and open space for everyone. The 2015 Fall Fun Guide will be delivered to the homes of Addison residents on Friday, August 14.
