Outbound Kennedy reopens after early morning shooting

The Kennedy Expressway has reopened at the junction of the Eden's Expressway, authorities said.
Authorities blocked vehicles from driving on the Kennedy at Addison Street as they investigated a shooting near Sayre Road in Chicago early Monday, authorities said.
Delays remain in the area.
