Great Lakes Credit Union gives scholarships to 6

BANNOCKBURN - Six students have been awarded $1,000 scholarships through the Great Lakes Credit Union scholarship program. The students receiving the scholarships are Tiffany Hendrickson, 24, studying for masters of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, Wis.; Tejas Joshi, 20, studying Mathematical Biology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio; Paige Kennedy, 18, studying Vocal Music at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana; Grant Everly, 18, studying English: Pre-law at Northwestern University in Evanston; Megan Ramirez, 20, studying Special Education/Child Development at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee; Jacqueline Walton, 47, studying business administration at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. For the past 14 years, GLCU has raised money to award scholarships to members continuing their education.
