Palatine man charged with burglary in Prospect Heights
A 19-year-old Palatine man was charged Thursday with burglary to auto in a parking lot on the 600 block of Piper Lane in Prospect Heights.
Uriel Rodriguez of the 1700 block of North Rose Street in Palatine was arrested at 2:45 a.m. July 30 while reportedly rummaging around the interior of a parked vehicle while wearing gloves.
During a court appearance Friday afternoon, Rodriguez was issued a $50,000 bond, of which he must post 10 percent to be released from custody.
His next court appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 21, at the Cook County Courthouse in Rolling Meadows.
