Des Plaines woman struck by limousine at Rosemont Target

Rosemont police said a Des Plaines woman suffered potentially life-threatening injuries when she was struck by a minivan-style limousine Friday morning in the parking lot of the Target store at 7000 North Mannheim Road.
The crash occurred about 11:35 a.m. Police said the 54-year-old victim was walking out of the store toward the parking lot when was struck by the limousine. The driver remained on the scene and called 911. No charges have been filed.
The woman was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
