Explore aquatic life at Tyler Creek Forest Preserve

Cool off this summer by dipping your toes in the water and enjoying a naturalist-guided creek exploration. Join the fun and observe aquatic life in its natural habitat and wade through the waters at Tyler Creek Forest Preserve in Elgin.

See watery life up close and personal and explore the watery world of creeks. Be sure to wear shorts and bring an extra pair of shoes for wading.

This program is for people, age 5 and older; adults must accompany children in the water. Registration fee is $2 per person.

The creek exploration will take place from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, at Tyler Creek Forest Preserve, 401 Davis Road, Elgin.
