CCU Introduces New Managers For Volo And Round Lake Beach Service Centers
Waukegan, IL, July 21, 2015: Consumers Credit Union (CCU; $680 Million, Waukegan, IL) recently named Pedro Hernandez as its new Round Lake Beach Member Experience Manager. Pedro moved from the same position at CCU's Volo Service Center, where he was succeeded by Timothy Meiselwitz.
Timothy Meiselwitz began his career at CCU in October of 2013 as the Assistant Member Experience Manager at the historic credit union's Mundelein location. Tim brings 11+ years' experience and a wealth of knowledge to his new position, along with a passion to deliver on the Member-owned credit union's mission to offer quality service to its Members. As Volo's new Member Experience Manager, Tim is responsible for overseeing daily operations throughout the service center, with an emphasis on delivering an outstanding experience for those visiting the Volo office location.
Pedro Hernandez joined CCU in March of 2014, bringing with him a diverse background in the financial services industry. He has previous management experience at Bank Financial, PNC Bank and First Midwest Bank. Pedro is responsible for maintaining outstanding Member service at the Round Lake Beach location, in addition to supervising the day to day operations of the office. The credit union is excited about the growth opportunities for the office under his leadership. Pedro succeeded Jennifer Wenckowski at the Round Lake Beach location, who was recently named VISA Manager at CCU.
