Arrrggggh, mateys!

Kids, some dressed as swashbucklers, enjoyed a morning at Lake Arlington in Arlington Heights, where the park district and library put on the annual Pirate Party.

Games, crafts, a balloon artist, a pop-up library and other fun activites awaited them, and as far as we know, no one had to walk the plank.
