'Defrocking' King insults his legacy

In 1965, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King marched in Marquette Park in Chicago. [The park was named after the Rev. Father Marquette who, worked to end slavery of the Indians to each other and to protect from evil men.]

The Rev. King was almost killed by being hit by a brick. Had he died in Chicago, history may have been changed for the worse. His best speeches and the march over the bridge may never have happened.

Today he is still being attacked by the very ones who say they supported him. Every major TV and news outlet has defrocked him by calling him just Dr. King or MLK.

They call Rev. Jackson and Rev. Sharpton, but why not Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King?

Two generations of young people have grown up not knowing about his divine vocation. Liberal pro -choice leaders have even not put "Reverend" on his statue in the capital.

His pro-life messages have been edited out of any references to him, even though his relatives are still trying to save black babies.

The American dream, blacks are being told, can only be achieved with out their babies. This was not part of the Rev. King's dream.
