Enjoy evening of music at Sanfilippo Estate

Barrington Community Theatre, under the direction of Nancie Tobison and Ellen Werksman presents, "And the Award Goes To," at the prestigious Sanfilippo Estate, Saturday, July 11.

The evening will begin for audience members at 7 p.m. with an informal tour of the mansion, followed by the 8 p.m. performance of "And the Award Goes To," an entertaining evening of song and dance, featuring highlights from Tony award winning musicals. At the conclusion of the performance, audience members will be invited to see the famous Carousel Room.

Barrington Community Theatre directors Nancie Tobison and Ellen Werksman are partnering with the Barrington High School P.A. Alumni Endowment and the Sanfilippo Foundation to present the second annual presentation of Barrington Community Theatre.

Barrington Community Theatre is proud to bring musical theater back to the forefront for area residents, creating an accessible venue for patrons to enjoy an evening of musical theater while supporting local talent.

"Our community is filled with talented actors, singers and dancers. We hope to continue to bring their gifts to the stage, in various formats, for many years to come."

Choreographer Werksman, a Barrington High School alumni, said, "Many of our performers are Barrington High School alumni, others come from nearby communities to participate. We so enjoy the collaborative environment that Barrington Community Theatre creates."

Tickets are $35, the Sanfilippo Estate is located in Barrington Hills. Private address and a map will be provided with ticket purchase. No tickets are available at the door. Purchase only at www.sanfilippofoundation.org.
