Waubonsee Community College Foundation tabs Dolan

SUGAR GROVE - The Waubonsee Community College Foundation elected Brian K. Dolan of Aurora to its board of directors. His term begins at the board's September 2015 annual and quarterly board meetings. Dolan is a principal in Dolan & Murphy, Inc., a company formed in 1965. He has been involved in the syndication and ownership of neighborhood shopping centers and industrial facilities in excess of $30 million. He is also a principal in Dolan and Murphy Management LLC, a company responsible for the management of close to one million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties over the past 15 years. He is currently on the board of directors for the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, having been named its Realtor of the Year for 2014.
